Screeding allows the flooring to be at the right height, right level and if needed to slope a floor slightly, for example in a bathroom to allow water to run to a drain.

The types of screeding offered are traditional sand and cement, latex screed and self-levelling compounds. The traditional sand and cement is the most common type of screed due to its cost effectiveness. This screed can include additives to cure and dry the flooring quicker and fibres which will bind it to add further strength. Latex screeding provides a high-quality finish that is self-levelling and quick to dry.
